Our Belfast site offers shared accommodation options and independent studios – with options for every budget and living preference.
To book your room, simply select the room type that best suits your needs and click “View and Book”.
If we have adequate availability, you will be presented with the LIV Student contract, followed by a series of on-screen instructions to secure your spot.
This whole process should only take a few minutes, however if you need any support please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I do really enjoy living at Liv and the events are very enjoyable. There have just been a few issues with the cleanliness of my room. There is some damage to the walls, doors, radiator and some general marks on these. My light by my bed does not work and the shower curtain fell from the ceiling randomly one day. Somebody did come over as soon as they can to fix it though which was appreciated. My bed is quite worn and stained, sinking rather a lot on one side which does give me back ache. The signal in the room is pretty poor, dropping in and out often. I didn't receive a food waste bin or a mop for my room. The only other issue is that I have been placed in an accessible wet room with a very small sink, no toilet seat and nowhere to place my toiletries, despite not having a disability or anything. It is still really nice to have my own space though and the staff are really lovely. The location is brilliant, very close to everything in town which is ideal. The insulation is great too.
